Privacy Policy

LiLianMao is a software service for cross-border trading companies. This policy covers this website. It will be extended before the product itself handles customer data.
What we collect
Only three things, and two of them are optional.
- Early-access form. Your work email, company name, place of incorporation, approximate monthly settlement volume, and a record of your consent to be contacted. You provide these deliberately; nothing on this site collects them any other way.
- Follow-up questions, optional. If you answer the second step after submitting, we also store your customer corridors, whether you already receive crypto payments, and anything you write in the free-text field. Skipping it has no effect on your place in the queue.
- Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika, including Metrika's Webvisor session-replay feature. None of this loads unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. See the cookie policy for detail.
Our host and CDN also process standard request data — IP address, user agent, timestamp — to serve and protect the site. That is a technical necessity of putting a page on the internet, not a choice we make about you.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
Form submissions exist so we can contact you about early access and understand who the product is for. Our basis is your consent, given by the unticked checkbox on the form. Analytics runs on your consent, given on the banner, and never before. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in operating a secure site.
Who else sees it
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions.
- Cloudflare — CDN, and protection against attack traffic.
- Google and Yandex — analytics, only where you have consented.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. These providers operate outside Hong Kong, so your data is processed internationally; we rely on their standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Early-access submissions are kept while we are running the founding-customer programme and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to retain it. Analytics retention follows the providers' own settings.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have rights of erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Analytics consent can be withdrawn on the cookie preferences page, immediately and without contacting us. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints: [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
