Accept Crypto Payments. Protect Your Bank Account.
LiLianMao screens your customer's funds before they move, guides the transfer wallet-to-wallet, and produces the compliance file your bank and auditor will ask for. We never hold your money.
Non-custodial · No wallet needed to join · Free for founding customers
You're not afraid of crypto. You're afraid of what comes after.
Every crypto payment you accept creates a question you'll have to answer later — to your bank, your auditor, or an exchange's compliance desk. Here's what goes wrong, in the order it costs you the most.
- 01
The bank asks where the money came from
An inflow lands from an OTC desk. Two weeks later, a letter: explain the source of these funds within 14 days. You have a Telegram thread and a transaction hash.
Worst case: your Hong Kong account closes. There may not be a second one.
- 02
The exchange freezes your deposit
Your customer's USDT touched a mixer four hops back. They didn't know. You didn't know. The exchange's screening did. Now the deposit is under investigation.
At risk: the full invoice value — on goods you already shipped.
- 03
The auditor asks what the hash was for
A transaction ID has no counterparty, no contract, no invoice, no rate, no purpose of payment. At period end you reconstruct all of it from memory.
Cost: audit findings, professional fees, and days you don't have.
- 04
The address in the chat wasn't yours
Wallet addresses get pasted into WhatsApp. Lookalike addresses get seeded into transaction histories on purpose. One wrong character is final.
Cost: the entire transfer. Irreversibly.
- 05
Nobody wants to go first
They won't pay before shipment. You won't ship before payment. Their bank can't open a letter of credit into your corridor.
Cost: the deal, or a month of negotiating tranches by voice note.
- 06
The rules keep changing
Hong Kong's virtual asset regime is tightening, with further amendments expected. You don't have a compliance officer, and your bank won't explain its policy.
Cost: decisions made from rumour instead of policy.

Settled in crypto per year

Exposure from losing your bank account
Unquantifiable
This is the one that ends companies. We won't put a number on it.
LiLianMao at this volume
$30,588 per year
*Estimate includes Base Plan + transfer fee cap. Unused volume is not billed.
One incident costs more than 4.9 years of LiLianMao.
Illustrative. LiLianMao reduces the likelihood of an incident and improves your position when questions are asked. No service can guarantee a bank's or an exchange's decision.
The mechanism
Five steps. Your money never passes through us.
- 01
Issue the invoice
Create the invoice in LiLianMao — amount, currency, goods, contract reference, incoterms, and the wallet you control as the recipient. We generate the sales contract and payment instruction alongside it.
- 02
Send one link
Your customer gets a single link. No account to create, no software to install, no seed phrase, nothing to download. It opens in their browser, in their language.
- 03
We screen before anything moves
Your customer connects their wallet in read-only mode. Before a single token moves, we check the wallet and the origin of the funds against sanctions lists and institutional risk databases — mixer exposure, darknet clusters, hacked-fund tracing, hop analysis. You see the result before you accept the payment. If it's dirty, you decline and ask for clean funds. That conversation is far easier to have before the money arrives.
- 04
They sign one transfer — straight to you
The amount, the chain, and your verified address are pre-filled and locked. Your customer signs once, in their own wallet. The funds go directly from their wallet to yours. They never pass through us.
- 05
We watch it land, and write it down
We track the transaction to finality, reconcile it against the invoice, and assemble the evidence pack: invoice, contract, screening report, on-chain proof, rate attestation, reconciliation statement. Timestamped, signed, and ready to send to your bank.
Illustrative example
The most valuable thing we do is stop a payment.
A USD 240,000 invoice. The buyer connects a wallet holding the full amount in USDT.
61% of this balance traces, within three hops, to a cluster associated with a sanctioned exchange.
The seller declines the payment inside LiLianMao and requests settlement from a different wallet. The buyer sends from a clean one two hours later.
What didn't happen
A frozen deposit. A six-week investigation. A letter from the bank. And a conversation nobody wants to have.
Illustrative example. Screening results are provided by third-party analytics vendors and are indicative, not determinative.
The evidence pack
Every payment leaves a paper trail your bank will accept.
Not a screenshot of a block explorer. A signed file, generated automatically, in the format finance people expect.

Export as a single PDF pack or as individual files. Your bank's questions get answered with an attachment, not an apology.
Non-custodial
We never touch your money. Structurally — not as a policy.
Funds move directly. We check and document — we never hold.
We hold no funds
There is no LiLianMao wallet in the payment path. No balance to withdraw, and nothing for us to freeze.
We cannot move your funds
We hold no keys and no signing authority. Your customer signs in their own wallet, and the destination is the address you control.
If we disappeared tomorrow, your money would be unaffected
The only thing you'd lose is the paperwork — and you can export all of it, at any time.
We also never ask your customer for a token approval or spending allowance. One transfer, signed once, for the exact amount on the invoice.
Your customer's side
Your customer has to do almost nothing.
No account
They open a link. That's the entire onboarding.
No new wallet
MetaMask, Trust, Tronlink, Ledger, SafePal, Binance Web3 — whatever they already use.
Their language
English, 中文, Русский, العربية.
One signature
Amount, chain and address are pre-filled. Nothing to type, nothing to paste, nothing to get wrong.
And they get the documents too. Their finance and customs teams need the paperwork as much as yours does — which is usually why they agree to use it.
Built for cross-border trading companies.
- You operate an international trading company (Hong Kong, UAE, Singapore, Mainland China, Central Asia, etc.) dealing in physical goods.
- Your suppliers are in mainland China; your customers are in the UAE, Central Asia, Türkiye or Africa.
- Some of your customers want to pay in USDT — and you'd rather say yes than lose the order.
- You have a bank account you cannot afford to lose.
- Nobody in your company has "compliance" in their job title.
If four of those are true, we built this for you.
Not for you if
You want us to hold or convert funds (we never will), you need a fiat off-ramp (talk to a licensed OTC desk), or you're looking for a way to move money that shouldn't move. We're the opposite of that — we're the check.
Versus how it works today.
| Feature | An OTC desk and a Telegram thread | A custodial payment gateway | LiLianMao |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who holds the funds | The desk. Entirely on trust. | The gateway. | Nobody but you. |
| Screening before the transfer | No | No — screened on arrival, if at all | Yes. Before anything is signed. |
| Sanctions check on the counterparty | No | Sometimes | Yes |
| Invoice and contract | You write them yourself | Basic receipt | Generated and linked to the payment |
| Bank-ready evidence | A hash and a screenshot | A settlement statement | A complete signed pack |
| Audit reconciliation | Manual, from memory | Partial | Automatic |
| Instant fiat conversion | Yes — that's their business | Yes | No. Not our business, by design. |
| If the provider fails | Your funds are gone | Your balance is at risk | Nothing happens. They were never ours. |
Where a custodial gateway is genuinely better, we've said so.

The questions everyone asks.
We're onboarding our first 20 international trading companies.
LiLianMao is early. We're choosing a small founding group to build it with — companies already accepting crypto and already worried about it. If that's you, four questions is all it takes and we'll get in touch personally.
